- Email addresses you submit to our waitlist form. That's all.
- We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, session recording, or fingerprinting on this site.
- We do not set cookies beyond what a static webserver unavoidably sets at the TLS/DNS layer.
— Why we collect it
To notify you when our products launch, and occasionally to share progress along the way. We will not send sales pitches from third parties, we will not rent or sell your email, and we will not spam you.
— Third parties
- Formspree — our waitlist form submissions pass through formspree.io, which stores the email on their servers until we export it. See formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy for their terms.
- Railway — this site is hosted on railway.com. Railway processes the same request-level data any webserver sees (IP, user-agent, timestamp) to route traffic.
- Cloudflare — fronts DNS and may cache static pages. Same request-level data as above.
None of these third parties receive more personal data from us than you voluntarily provide to our form.
— Your rights
- You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email at any time. Send a note to [email protected] and we'll handle it within a few business days.
- If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data under GDPR, UK-GDPR, or CCPA. Same address.
- We will never ask for a reason. We will never make you jump through hoops.
— Security
Data in transit uses TLS. Our providers (Formspree, Railway, Cloudflare) all offer encryption at rest. We are a small team and take sensible precautions, but no system is invulnerable. If we ever experience a breach affecting subscriber data, we will notify affected users without delay.
— Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
— Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to subscribers before taking effect.
